Simulation-based conceptualisation of an automated production system for the pro-cessing of concrete elements

Sub-project C04 addresses the automation of the entire process chain for the reuse of concrete elements. Firstly, the fine processing is analysed with regard to the preparation of the dismantled elements for reuse. It is focussing on a model-based representation of these processes, i.e. the subsequent machining of coarse cut concrete ele-ments in an automated production system. Suitable data models for the representation of energy and processing aspects and couplings of simulations are developed as well, being capable of holistically integrating the produc-tion process of fine processing into the overall CRC.
